Join OSAAT for a night of stories, celebration, and shared purpose — raising the funds that rebuild rural school infrastructure across India, one school at a time.
OSAAT — One School At A Time — is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit rebuilding the infrastructure of rural, underprivileged schools across India. What began with a small group of Bay Area technologists has grown into a movement that restores classrooms, sanitation, drinking water, and kitchens for children who would otherwise learn in unsafe, crumbling buildings. Alongside physical rebuilding, OSAAT's digital initiative, ODiSI, brings connected classrooms to schools that have never had them. This gala is how our community funds the next set of schools — every ticket, pledge, and donation extends that work directly.

BALLIA, UTTAR PRADESH
BAHADURPALLY, TELANGANA
THIRUKAZHUKUNDRAM, TAMIL NADU
GUDEMARANAHALLI, KARNATAKA
These are four of the 124+ schools OSAAT has rebuilt so far — the same kind of project your ticket, pledge, or gift helps fund next.

Classrooms, sanitation blocks, kitchens, and clean water — the physical foundation a school needs to be safe enough for children, and especially girls, to stay enrolled.

Connected classrooms and digital learning platforms that bring rural students the same tools urban classrooms have had for years.

Corporate and individual sponsorships underwrite event costs, so more of every gala dollar reaches school projects.
Join our Bay Area volunteer team to help make this evening — and every school it funds — a success.
Beyond a gala ticket, many supporters make a formal pledge toward a specific project — rebuilding a school's infrastructure or funding ODiSI digital classrooms. Pledges can be fulfilled as a one-time gift or spread over 12 months, via card, ACH, PayPal, donor-advised fund, corporate matching, stock, check, or cash, and are fully tax-deductible.
OSAAT is 100% volunteer-run, so nearly every dollar donated goes straight into rebuilding schools and expanding digital classrooms. A gift of any size keeps a child in school.
