OSAAT created this event as a means to raise awareness about OSAAT in the community and also to raise funds for the rural school projects it adopts on an ongoing basis. We want all participants to embrace this spirit of the event wholeheartedly and make it an enjoyable & enriching experience for everyone involved.

Below are official rules/guidelines of the event. OSAAT expects all participants to adhere to these rules strictly, and follow the guidelines in the spirit they are given. OSAAT reserves the right to use photographs and/or videos of the event for press releases and other publicity.

OSAAT is not responsible for any injury to participants which may result during their participation in the event.

Rules/Guidelines

• Each participant has to register formally through the OSAAT Events registration page
• There is a $20 fee for each participant
• Last date for registration is September 25^th 2023
• This is a group performance event only with minimum of 4 participants and maximum of 8 participants in the group.
• OSAAT is not responsible for any injury to participants which may result during their participation in the event. All participants have a responsibility to take all necessary precautions to ensure their own safety and the safety of others in their presence. This includes storage and transportation of their equipment and musical instruments, before, during and after their performance.
• Attend town hall meetings that will precede the event and get all your questions answered if you still have any
