| Requirements: | The school had multiple buildings with more than 8 rooms, but only one room was is in good condition. Some of the rooms had holes in the wall and were unsafe and un-usable. The toilets were also in poor condition. The school required 12 classrooms and an office room. As OSAAT proposed to rebuild the school, the government came up with a proposal of building 4 additional new classrooms. |
