Ashok Kumar S, one of the trustees of OSAAT, India, is a multi-talented artist in the field of music and theater. He has staged many successful fund raising shows in USA for multiple charity organizations including OSAAT, with RAAGA, a popular Kannada Band in Bay area, California and KATTE his theater troupe of ‘Nigooda’ & ‘Udbhava’ fame. By profession, he is an engineer from IITM, currently working as a Senior Director at Amadeus Software Labs, Bengaluru.

Satheesh is an IT professional, having held key management responsibilities in large MNCs. Satheesh has been associated with OSAAT since its inception and loves to carve out as much time as possible in helping charitable causes.

Vadiraja Bhatt

Vadiraja Bhatt

Vadiraj is multi faceted individual with 28 years of IT experience. Graduated with Master Degree in Computer Science from IIT, Mumbai, Vadi worked for many multinational companies like Sybase , SAP and Cisco. He holds 6 patents in Database technology solutions. Apart from OSAAT he has been founder member of many other charitable and cultural organisations in US and India. His passion is towards contributing back to the education efforts in rural India. He is also a musician and theatre enthusiast in his free time.

G. K. Bhat

G.K. Bhat is a retired bank executive, with a B.Sc. & LL.B graduation from Bangalore University. He has worked for a nationalized Indian bank for four decades under various capacities. His specialization area is international banking and trade finance. Presently settled in Bangalore after retirement. He is blessed with one son who is happily married and now working as Associate Professor in PESIT, South Campus, Bangalore.

Dr. C S Kedar

Dr. C S Kedar is a retired Indian Administrative Service & Management Professional.He served as 
Additional Chief Secretary Level IAS Officer (1979, Karnataka Cadre).  His academic qualification includes PhD from University of Mysore, Mysore and MSc with work experience in public administration, project management and business process re-engineering.   With OSAAT, Kedar brings his connections with government, administration and policies in developing and driving the organization strategies.

Balakrishna Rao

Balki (Balakrishna Rao), currently living in Bangalore, is a retired software professional. He holds ME degree from I.I.Sc. Bangalore and had worked in companies like Wipro, Verifone, Kyocera, MindTree during his career of three decades. His current interests include Stock market, Terrace gardening and Indian philosophy.

Sudheer Hullemane

Sudheer is an IT professional with 25+ years of experience in multiple verticals like manufacturing, defence, industrial design, news & information, and IT services. After working in California and Minneapolis for 10 years, Sudheer is now settled in Bengaluru. His varied interests include Legal & Ethics, Music,  Green initiatives, Primary Education & Astronomy.  At OSAAT, he manages ODiSI program in addition to supporting physical infrastructure initiatives.

Ashwin Rao

Ashwin draws inspiration from his father, Nadoja Dr. K. P. Rao, a luminary in the fields of linguistics and computing. Dr. Rao developed India’s first phonetic keyboard driver for Indian languages, including Kannada, and made significant contributions to language computing by
creating foundational sofware like Sediyapu, which revolutionized script processing. His work laid the groundwork for sofware like Nudi and Baraha, enabling Indian language
integration into modern computing.
Ashwin brings to OSAAT his rich expertise in management, operational excellence, and a
passion for driving meaningful change. His believes that in creating innovative solutions and
in his commitment to giving back to society when he is able, he could add value in advancing
OSAAT’s mission of empowering education, one school at a time.

Harisha N. is a civil engineer by profession. He graduated from SJCE Mysore in Year 1988 and has over 29 years experience in construction industry. He started his career as a project associate in National Institute of Engineering Mysore and has worked for many construction firms and manufacturing industries in Mumbai and Bangalore and has executed multitudes of Industrial, Residential and infrastructure projects. He has settled in Bangalore since 2003 and is presently working as Manager Projects with SKF Group.

Kishore Kumar Kuryala is a retired professional, who spent more than 32 years in Mining industry, working for JSW. He has extensive knowledge of mining industry and worked in places like Chile, working as the head of Maintenance and Logistics, responsible for 1 million Tons/year Iron Ore Beneficiation plant. Native of Udupi, Kishore enjoys Yakshagana, music and reading and can fluently speak in Spanish.

Varuna Subramanyam, a graduate in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, University of Mysore, worked in the Software Engineering field for 25 years in varying roles of management and retired from IBM. He is passionate about giving back to society and making an impact in the field of education, He is also currently working at the Department of Informatics at the Trans-Disciplinary University in Bangalore.

Bharadwaj is a Senior Architect who has completed many a successful projects in private construction covering various industrial, commercial and residential projects.  He is currently retired and dedicates his time completely with OSAAT related projects.

Post serving in the Indian Armed Forces, he has held several Leadership roles both at a Regional and Global Level. To name a few, Standard Chartered Bank, Accenture, Satyam,Cisco and Hindustan Coca Cola. He has the experience of having delivered Multiple Infrastructure, IT Projects/Campuses across India, China and Malaysia.

P V Subramanya is a Retired Banker, with graduation in Arts, Law, Banking and Personnel Management. Earlier, he worked in a Leading Nationalised Bank, with specialisation in Personnel and Credit Management. Being a stage artist, he has performed in various Dramas and Yakshagana, both in his Bank and other outside events. After retirement, he is currently settled in Mysore and involves himself in social and charitable activities.

Srinivas Subramanian has a Doctorate from CFTRI, Mysuru in Organic Chemistry. He has multiple publications in technical and research journals of international repute. He is also a certified expert for fire safety, risk assessment, occupational health and safety. He has also functioned as a lead auditor in several projects. He also has construction expertise including ones with chemical and laboratory operations. He has expertise in implementing standards in manufacturing and R&D centers. He has language fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and to some extent Marathi as well. Srinivas stays in Dharawad.

NVGK Bhat is a retired professional who volunteers for OSAAT.

Prabhat Singh

Prabhat Singh is a retired government official, he is a graduate from IIT Kanpur. He is a visionary professional in the hydrocarbon sector, is credited with putting India on the world gas map. Armed with 40 years of diverse experience of executing several projects including the execution of the world's longest exclusive LPG pipeline from Jamnagar to Loni, he has redefined and reshaped the hydrocarbon industry. He has served in various management positions at Ratnagiri Gas, British Gas and GAIL. He served as CEO and MD of Petronet LNG before retiring in 2021. He will be assisting OSAAT in its operations in UP, especially in the Balrampur area.

Gautam is a Mechanical Engineer from University Visveswaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bangalore, with over 30 years of professional work experience in the field of water, waste water and building projects. He has worked for Ion Exchange (I) Ltd, Mumbai and Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., (TCE). He was involved in setting up of green filed projects for IT Majors TCS and Wipro and Educational Campuses for IIT-Hyd and BITS Pilani.
Gautam is the founding member of Changemakers of Kanakapura Road Association® , President of Bangalore Apartment Federation’s - South cluster and a Citizen Journalist for Citizen Matters, Bengaluru.
He is now based out of Bengaluru, works as a freelance consultant in the field of water audit, building projects and as advisor to new Apartment Owners Associations.
His interest include volunteering filed of education, lake conservation and public issues.
